2. Working Principle: The powder or granules in the container (fluid-bed) appear the state of fluidization, it is pre-heated and mixed by clean and heated air.
At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and atomized into the container, which will make some particles become granules with adhesive.
Continuous drying of hot air makes the moisture in granules evaporated and the adhesive solidified.
Finally the powder becomes ideal, uniform and cellular and spherical granules.
